Public Dreams Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to participatory art. Its newsletter is used to communicate with its many stakeholders: individuals, community organizations, arts councils, funding bodies, individual donors, members, artists, volunteers and sponsors. The bones of the newsletter were rebuilt by Beware in 2005 to reflect Public Dreams' development from a grassroots organization in 1986 to one of the major arts organizations in Vancouver today.
